One of our premier award winning inventions was conceived by a Montana wastewater operator and brought to market by wastewater process expert Grant Weaver. All ScumMoverTM products and components are built in the United States of America.
A hinged vertical intake positioned above the clarifier waterline pulls floating material off the clarifier surface. The scum and debris then travel through an enclosed mesh trap, after which our innovative pump carries the water/air mixture for final disposal into your existing scum pit.
Our intakes are fabricated with stainless steel hinges and swing out of the way of rotating clarifier structures. They are buoyant enough to float in the unlikely event one falls into the clarifier.
Our innovative 120V pumps are mounted on a steel stand with a hinged cover for easy access and caster wheels for ease of setup.
An operator friendly touch screen control panel will allow two clarifiers to be serviced by one pump with easy to set timers and VFD settings.
A universal installation kit is provided with each ScumMoverTM.
Full warranty on all components.
Floating bacteria, leaves, plastics, and more are vacuumed from the wastewater surface through hinged intakes, through flexible intake piping provided with our installation kit, through debris traps with disposable mesh bags, through our innovative pump, and into an existing scum pit or drain for disposal.
